I know how difficult it may be to put my health first when my writing requires all of my focus. But as time goes on, I've come to understand how crucial it is to look after both my body and mind. Here are a few things that have been beneficial to me in my quest to lose weight.


In  January 2023, I kept track of my weight-loss progress and set attainable targets. This kept me inspired and provided me a sense of satisfaction when I met my goals. It's crucial to keep in mind that losing weight is a process that takes time, patience and effort.


Then , I deliberately tried to make good practices a part of my daily routine. For instance, I made sure to regularly take breaks to stretch and move around, drink plenty of water, eat meals that were balanced, and get enough sleep. These kind of minor adjustments have a big impact over time.


And last, I discovered that writing about my weight reduction experience was inspirational and therapeutic. It enabled me to evaluate my development, acknowledge my successes, and impart my experiences to others. Writing is a potent instrument for motivation and self-reflection.
